Ingredients
For the sushi
🍓 2 bananas
🍓 2 cups of crispy rice cereal
🍓 1/4 cup of peanut butter
For the dip
🍓 1/4 cup plain yogurt
🍓 1 tbsp of honey
Instructions
Pour the crispy rice cereal into a medium sized bowl.
Peel the bananas and coat with peanut butter so there are no blank spots.
One at a time roll the peanut butter coated bananas in the crispy rice cereal making sure they have a nice thick coating.
Cut the bananas into bite sized pieces, put onto a plate and set aside.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt and the honey in a small bowl.
