Ingredients
🍓 1/2 cup of unsalted butter softened
🍓 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
🍓 1 large egg
🍓 1/2 tsp of vanilla
🍓 1/8 tsp of peppermint extract
🍓 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
🍓 1/4 tsp of baking powder
🍓 1/4 tsp of baking soda
🍓 1/4 tsp of salt
🍓 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
🍓 1/2 cup of crushed cany cane
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone pat or parchement paper. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixter, cream the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add in the egg, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Beat until fully combined.
In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until fully combined.
Fold in the crushed candy cane and the white chocolate chips.
Let cool in the refridgerator for 10 minutes.
Remove from fridge,
Scoop cookie dough into 1 tablespoon sized balls.
Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are goldenn brown and tops are firm.
Take cookies off the cookie sheet immidiatly after taking out of the oven. Transfer onto a cooling rack.
