Pumpkin season only lasts so long, so I make the most of it by making everything pumpkin spice. This is a quick and easy recipe that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients
🍓 1 cup of pumpkin purée
🍓 1/2 cup of unsaltled butter melted
🍓 1/2 cup of maple syrup
🍓 1 large egg
🍓 1 tsp of vanilla
🍓 2 cups of all purpose flour
🍓 2 tsp of baking powder
🍓 1 tsp of baking soda
🍓 1/2 tsp of salt
🍓 2 tsp of cinnamon
🍓 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
🍓 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
🍓 1/4 tsp of cloves
🍓 Pumpkin seeds for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Greese a 9 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin purée, butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan abd sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack.
