Ingredients
🍓 3 overripe bananas mashed
🍓 1/2 cup of peanut butter
🍓 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
🍓 2 large eggs
🍓 2 tsp of vanilla extract
🍓 1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
🍓 1 tbsp of baking powder
🍓 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin wrappers. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix until fully combined.
Evenly scoop the muffin batter into the muffin cups.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
