Ingrediennts
🍓 1/4 cup of old fashion oats
🍓 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp of milk
🍓 1 thsp of chia seeds
🍓 1 tbsp of hemp hearts
🍓 1 tbsp of flaxmeal
🍓 1/2 tbsp of molasses
🍓 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
🍓 1/2 tsp of vanilla
🍓 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
🍓 1/8 tsp of ginger
🍓 1/8 tsp of cloves
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, hemp hearts, flaxmeal, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix very well.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, enjoy!
